By accessing or using Neo Research ("the Service"), provided by Medrado Analytical Innovations, LLC ("MAI", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Neo Research is a scientific question-and-answer platform that provides answers with citation transparency and truth-tier scoring. The Service is designed for informational and research purposes. Neo Research is not a substitute for professional scientific judgment, peer review, or regulatory compliance.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited daily queries. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required for continued access. Subscription pricing is listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its knowledge base, scoring algorithms, and user interface, is the proprietary property of MAI. Answers provided to you may be used for your personal research and professional purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish Neo Research answers in bulk or as a competing service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy and transparency (including truth-tier scoring and citation disclosure), we do not guarantee that every answer is complete, current, or error-free. Neo Research answers should not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical, clinical, or regulatory decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
