Neo Research is operated by Medrado Analytical Innovations, LLC ("MAI", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Neo Research platform at neomaitrix.com.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Usage data: We log the queries you submit to Neo Research, including timestamps and associated metadata (truth tier, confidence score, domains consulted). This data is used to improve the Service and is not shared with third parties.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers. We only store a reference identifier linking your account to your subscription.

Technical data: We may collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and performance monitoring purposes.

Neo Research uses minimal cookies and local storage for authentication (session token) and theme preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
