Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, you have full access to Neo Research with a daily query limit. If you choose not to subscribe, your account simply becomes inactive after the trial period — no charge, no hassle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Neo Research. If you are not, the following applies:

• Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact support@neomaitrix.com.
• After 7 days: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are fair and reasonable — if the Service did not work as described, we will make it right.
• Service outages: If Neo Research experiences extended downtime (more than 48 hours in a billing period), you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Email support@neomaitrix.com with your account email and request. We aim to process all cancellation and refund requests within 2 business days.
